Useful was a first-of-its-kind mobile platform for geo-dispersed field service workers. As CEO and founder, Jay Crain launched a startup to address an opportunity he saw in an at-the-time untapped billion dollar industry. The Useful app modernized and streamlined workflows, offering real time insights that tracked time, materials and expense and expedited payment.

roster is an intuitive, feature-rich mobile platform for the $5bn field service industry. This breakthrough application replaced yellow legal pads to bring order and accuracy to scheduling, expense and time tracking for field service workers and the organizations who hire them.
