Creating 1,000 success stories and impacting 10,000 midlifers to extend their healthspan and happiness by first reclaiming their identity.

G4L started when Jay, as a  recovered entrepreneur, realized that maintaining your identity is essential to living a long and happy life. Now he's dedicated to encouraging other midlifers by sharing the mindset, framework, and resources that lead him to lose 100 pounds, eradicate his diabetes 2, and find his way back to his true self. 

G4L is a science and evidence-based mind, body, and soul program that guides people through making changes to day-to-day habits to achieve wholistic wellness.
