We Want to Do Something Bigger.
And we need your help to get there.
We're partnering with Dr. Greg Welk, a public health expert in physical activity and behavior change who began his career at the Olympic Training Center. And tapping into a movement to help 10,000 midlifers achieve wellness by reclaiming their identity through stories, products, and community.
It all starts with GRINTA!
MORE THAN A FILM.
GRINTA! is a Battle Cry for Midlifers

ABOUT GRINTA! FILM
GRINTA! tells Eros Poli's story from 30 years ago, but it's just as much about what he is doing today as a grandfather still working in the cycling industry. Inspiring, uplifting stories like this provide hope and spur action for improving physical and mental health.
People walk away from seeing the film not just feeling good, but energized. The message in GRINTA! drives awareness and action for the principles in GB2U and the Way Back program.
THE STORY BEHIND GB2U AND THE WAY BACK
GB2U started when Jay, as a recovered entrepreneur, realized that maintaining your identity is essential to living a long and happy life. Now he's dedicated to encouraging other midlifers by sharing the mindset, framework, and resources that lead him to lose 100 pounds, eradicate his diabetes 2, and find his way back to his true self.
The Way Back is a science and evidence-based mind, body, and soul program that guides people through making changes to day-to-day habits to achieve wholistic wellness.
